register with us. Your information will be maintained confidential and stored in
our database for updating and for future use

temporary username and password? (or) |

What should I do with the temporary username and password sent to me through
email?

The temporary username and password is automatically generated after you have
applied for a job at our website. You have to confirm your registration by
submitting your temporary registration details, which we have acquired while
applying for a job. This confirmation will further enable you to perform various
activities in our website such as edit resume, apply for jobs, receive job alarm
etc. |

3. What is Promanns e-Resume-Summary?

Promanns e-Resume-Summary form will capture your skills and strengths in the
predefined format, so that we will be able to easily search and match you with

looking resumes. Your e-Resume-Summary will be stored in our database along with
a link to your detailed resume. |

| 4. The e-Resume-Summary form is too long. Don’t you have something simpler or a smaller version?

The main purpose of the e-Resume-Summary form is to capture all your skills so that we can quickly find you among the thousands of resumes in our database. If we do not give all the necessary information then you might lose some good opportunities. |

5. Can't I upload my detailed resume alone, without posting the e-Resume ?

No, you cannot upload the detailed resume until you post your e-Resume-Summary in our database.

6. What is the meaning of "Online access" vs "Keep it Confidential" while uploading my resume?

| If you allow "online access", instead of "keep it confidential" then we have the freedom to refer you to some of our clients's job requirements, without checking with you for each job. That is - we will send your resume to our client, even if you have not specifically applied for that job. On the Other hand, if you have enabled " Keep it confidential", it means that we will check with you for every job, before sending your resume to the client. |

What do I do when I forget my Promanns password or username?

If you forget Promanns username or password, you can send us an email.
|

For security reasons, we will not be able to help you if you forget both
username and password. In this case you will have to register with us again as a
new user.

How long will my resume be in site?
|

Your resume will be in our site for a maximum period of 180
days. Should you prefer to extend your resume to stay in our site for more than
180 days, you should edit the resume and it will be renewed automatically for
another 180 days. |
